Returns Policy

Giancarlo Ricci only stock items from the most reputable sources, and the authenticity of every brand and/or manufacturer is guaranteed. We inspect every item before they are shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, if an item that you have ordered over the Christmas period is not as it was described on the site or wish to cancel or return your order, this must be done by Friday 8th January. Goods must be returned in original packaging including all original tags and undamaged at customer's expense and a refund, less the original shipping costs will be issued within 15 days of goods return. 

Items returned after Friday 8th January for a refund may be refused. To return items please fill out our returns form that comes with your order and send item(s) back using the below returns address;

** Please note that we do not accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons**

If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, we strongly recommend that you inform us within 24 hours, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange or replacement of the damaged item.

Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak all returns have an extended returns policy. Any returns sent back may experience delays in being processed due to reduced postal services. In order for us to receive any returned orders during this period of isolation please use Royal Mail as the shipping provider.

Giancarlo Ricci reserves the right to refuse a refund including postage if the item is deemed not to be faulty.
